Tip #1: Sleep Face Down

Many people don't know that sleeping with their mouths open causes snoring. Nasal passages and the throat vibrate when you sleep with your mouth open. The vibration is what causes that raucous noise! Sleep on your stomach, your mouth will close and you will not snore.

Tip #2: Lubricate Nasal Passage

Vibrating nasal passages is one form of snoring. If you have a cold and your nose dries out an even more intense vibration can result. Throat sprays can help to put moisture into the throat relieving that vibration.

Separating the nostrils with a nasal separator is another effective treatment. Separating and lifting the nostrils allows more airflow. More air flowing equals less vibration.

Sleep on your side with a pillow between your leg.The mouth is kept closed when sleeping on the side. This has to be the easiest stop snoring remedy. It's also alot cheaper than purchasing an expensive device.
